1. Services

Finishome provides renovation and interior finishing services in Albania. All projects are scoped individually — a detailed scope of work, timeline, and cost estimate are provided before any work begins.

2. Quotes and estimates

Any estimates provided through this website or initial consultation are indicative. A binding quotation is issued after an on-site assessment. Prices are subject to change based on material availability and scope adjustments.

3. Payments

Payment terms are agreed upon in the project contract. Typically, work is divided into stages with corresponding payments. All payments are documented and receipted.

4. Project changes

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing. Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately before execution.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms are included in each project contract. Standard finishing work is covered by a warranty period agreed upon before work begins.

6. Liability

Finishome carries liability insurance for all work performed. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues discovered during renovation.
